Returns & Refunds
The Light Print Co is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality printed materials. Since all of our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refunds & Replacements
We strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at silas@thelightprint.com
- Provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details.
- After review, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, incorrect order details).
- Items with personalization errors which were approved by customer before printing.
- Normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because we begin printing orders immediately, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
